Manabu Kurita Record Bass

What does a 22 pound largemouth bass look like, well checkout this monster bass Manabu Kurita out of Japan is holding up.

According to official IFGA fishing regulations, the record fish must weigh 2 ounces more than the current record to beat it.

I totally disagree with this rule and it comes into play with the current world record bass. Because George Perry’s bass weighs once ounce less than Manabu’s, making for the tie.

Not right in my rules, if the fish weighs more it should definitely take the spot.

Anways, I congratulate Manabu for his new world record tie.

He must be stunned that he caught the huge bass, be honest with you, I’ve never seen a largemouth bass nowhere close to that size.

Lake Biwa where Manabu caught the fish, is known to produce some monster bass.

It’s definitely a magical sight to see, I would of loved to hold the bass myself, wonder what 22 pounds of bass feels like.
